Restricted Areas

  • Do not drive in non-designated areas such as deserts, off-road trails, or mountainous regions.

  • These environments pose significant safety risks and can cause damage to the vehicle, which is not covered under standard rental agreements.

Safe Driving Practices

  • Always adhere to local traffic laws and speed limits.

  • Reckless driving, drifting, racing, or stunt driving is strictly prohibited.

  • Your safety and that of other road users depends on responsible driving behavior.

Fuel Policy

  • Please refuel the vehicle to the same level it was provided before returning it.

  • Failure to do so may result in additional refueling charges.

Personal Belongings

  • Ensure all your personal items are removed from the vehicle at the end of your rental period.

  • SkyBook Car Rental is not responsible for any lost or forgotten items.

Toll Gate Fees

  • You are responsible for all toll charges incurred during the rental period.

  • This includes:

    • Salik (Dubai)

    • Darb (Abu Dhabi)

  • Toll rates may vary depending on peak or off-peak hours. These charges will be added to your final invoice.

Road Safety

  • Speeding, drifting, or racing increases the risk of accidents and endangers both passengers and pedestrians.

  • These behaviors are strictly forbidden and are considered a breach of contract.

Legal Compliance

  • Violating traffic laws may result in government fines, license suspension, or criminal charges.

  • You are responsible for all legal penalties incurred during your rental.

Vehicle Protection

  • Engaging in prohibited driving or entering hazardous areas can result in mechanical damage or wear and tear not covered by insurance.

  • Repairs due to negligence will be charged to the renter.

Environmental Hazards

  • Avoid driving in industrial zones, construction areas, or near heavy machinery. These areas can expose the vehicle to debris or hazardous materials.

Preserving Vehicle Condition

  • Our goal is to maintain every vehicle in top condition for all customers.

  • Help us protect the vehicle’s appearance, performance, and resale value by driving responsibly.

Violations May Result In:

  • Additional charges for cleaning, damage, or repairs

  • Cancellation of the rental agreement

  • Reporting to local authorities in the event of serious misconduct
